  I’m very disappointed with my experience at this McDonald’s near my home. The food has been cold more than once, and on one occasion they even gave us a hamburger without the bun — just the meat. That was very frustrating. I try to support my community by eating at places in my area, but today was too much. My kids were playing earlier, and I understand the playground closes at 9 PM. At that point, my children were no longer using the playground — we were simply finishing our food quickly so we could leave. The manager approached us in a very disrespectful way and started yelling, telling us to clear the place. There was no need to speak to us like that. We were just trying to enjoy time together as a family, not to be treated poorly.

  No rules being enforced in the main play area. Bigger kids allowed to push, shove, and hit. No parents paying attention. My child got hurt several times while we watched every rule be violated. Tried mentioning to an employee, she shrugged and said she didn't speak English. Why have rules no one plans on enforcing?

  Place was clean and service was fast, but I will not be returning to this location. I called ahead to ask what the height and age requirements are for the play place, the lady I spoke to on the phone did not understand me and ended the call without answering my questions. Assuming age requirements are 12 and under like most locations, my 9 year old and I went, just to find out she doesn’t meet the height requirement. We then order a few ice cream cones and a small coke to go and I find out this location has menu items double the price than other locations. $10 for 3 cones and a small coke is ridiculous, other locations do not charge that amount for that simple order.

  A woman was walking around the play area harassing customers to buy candy off of her and her son when staff was notified they told the man she comes there all the time they can’t say anything to them!!!!! Seriously I actually believe you can but won’t smh
