The food is the problem it's never consistent. Fresh beef must cook in the beef juice to obtain flavor not put in and used immediately it's tasteless and stop pouring salt on the fries, there not even edible like this. Horrible, just upsetting for me. I spent $19.00 for the meal and deserve the true experience portillo's is known for. ☹️
