  I only go here via drive thru! Friendly staff, great sandwiches! I highly recommend if you’re hungry and don’t know what to eat.

  First time ordering online here and I ordered 3 sandwiches this was the turkey literally one slice of turkey across this big piece of bread....unbelievable will not return to jimmy John's after this....

  First of all Placed an online order at 120pm for a chicken Caesar wrap it didn’t come until almost 230pm the wrap literally has no chicken on it i called to inform them of the error when the worker literally says i put chicken on it i told the guy who answered the phone it’s no reason to lie about a wrap there’s no chicken on it he says ma’am you don’t need to call back with your attitude at this point just go head issue the refund and i will nevvvvvverrrrr be back to this jimmy John’s again not to mention the pop is also flat

  Fast (drive thru) but the bread was cold, just like the ingredients, almost as if it was kept in a refrigerator. My mom was Not Impressed.
