  Came here to say that this place is a great spot! I live in Glenview and love coming here to watch the game after those long work days. This place always has the popular games on at the bar. It’s a great place to go, grab a beer and eat a good meal. I have been here twice, both times i had the same bartender and Adele, the bartender, gives great service. He is just the friendliest guy and knows his sports!

  If you’re looking for southern hospitality in North Brook, go to Lazy Dog and sit with Edell! He served my family the other day and was phenomenal. So attentive, kind, and gave great recommendations. I had to ask him where he was from, and of course he is a southern gentleman, which explains why his service was top notch! The food is good, atmosphere is good and the service is GREAT! Definitely a go to spot in North Brook.

  ATE DINNER HERE ON SUNDAY, OCTOBER 19TH I must say, I truly, truly enjoyed eating at this restaurant. To start, the restaurant decoration is pretty cool and unique. It reminds me of a man cave. There are a few hearths, a bar and plenty of seating. My daughter and I found this place while searching Google Maps. We wanted to eat at a restaurant near the Chicago Botanical Gardens. Aside from the great look and atmosphere the restaurant, our server Eli was fantastic. He was very personable and attentive. Also, the manager stopped by had complimentary offerings first-timers. They were Chef’s Chips – Tossed with secret seasoning and served with chipotle ranch dip. Oh gosh, what a great start to our food binge! Really nice guy. He told us that the Lazy Dog is a national franchise. Where have I been? We were a fairly large party. We ordered some beer, apps and food and enjoy it all! Again, the service was exceptional, the restaurant was clean and memorable and I look forward to going back if we are ever in the neighborhood. Five stars all around! Check out my pictures!

  Came for my first visit during Sunday brunch and had a wonderful experience. The breakfast burrito that I ordered was massive and flavorful with just the right amount of spice. Our server, who was so attentive but not overly so, said many jokingly refer to it as the Hannover Burrito. My friend ordered the ham, cheese, and red pepper quiche, which has such a hearty-yet-flaky crust it looks like a personal deep dish pizza. I took a taste and will definitely be back for a whole serving. Complimentary cinnamon donut holes with a chocolate sauce were served before our meals in lieu of the standard daytime chips and wow were they delicious as a dessert. Great experience, and the menu is so expansive I will need to come back multiple times to try everything that looks good!

  I had such a great experience thanks to our server, Eli! From the moment we sat down, he was super friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. He had great menu recommendations (which were spot on!) and kept our drinks filled without us ever having to ask. Eli struck the perfect balance between being personable and professional—he checked in just the right amount and made sure everything came out perfectly. You can tell he really cares about his guests and enjoys what he does. It’s rare to have service that stands out this much, but Eli definitely made our visit memorable. If you come here, ask for Eli—you won’t be disappointed!
