- AGAlejandro GonzalesDec 23, 20251.0Portions were so low and I paid for extra barley getting any chicken had to ask for a extra side tortilla to wrap my burrito that wasn’t even the issue my burrito was made in a messy counter so I got some sure cream residue I still gave it the benefit of the doubt and the tables were a complete mess management not caring whatsoever this chipotle needs better management.

- KGKara GDec 18, 20251.0I had gotten delivery about 11:45am and didn’t get a notification about my order until about 12:45 and having the delivery driver tell me that when he went inside to get my order the workers told him they didn’t have my order because they gave it to someone else and that they wouldn’t remake my order even though the workers messed up and gave my order away. Terrible location and then spent an extra hour trying to get a refund and only got my refund after I placed my order at another chipotle location (which is significantly better in every way then this northbrook location). Spent $60 dollars in total and now am still waiting on my refund.
