- TGTania GuerreroDec 9, 20251.0Went in one night after no answer on the phone for an hour of trying to call, went in and made an order, the employee taking my order was extremely rude to begin with. When I got my order, I ordered 6 separate orders of wings and food and was only given 3 ranch dips. The employee Fate then argued with me that he was going to have to charge me for 3 more. I’ve never had this issue before and he went as far as to call the manager about it to prove his point lol needless to say, I will not be returning to this Buffalo Wild Wings again.

When I asked about it, the employee told me I would need to order online to get that price, since it’s higher in-store. However, when I went online to place the order, the price was actually $17.99 — even without adding any extra sauces or items. This is misleading and feels like false advertising. The price displayed in your window should match what’s available online, or your team should honor the advertised amount. It ended up being a waste of my time, and I hope this issue can be corrected so other customers don’t have the same experience. I come here all the time. Portillo's is not far off of Lake Cook and Pfingsten I will just go there moving forward.
