When I asked about it, the employee told me I would need to order online to get that price, since it’s higher in-store. However, when I went online to place the order, the price was actually $17.99 — even without adding any extra sauces or items. This is misleading and feels like false advertising. The price displayed in your window should match what’s available online, or your team should honor the advertised amount. It ended up being a waste of my time, and I hope this issue can be corrected so other customers don’t have the same experience. I come here all the time. Portillo's is not far off of Lake Cook and Pfingsten I will just go there moving forward.
