Staff was incredibly rude when we asked where drinks were and used the excuse of having a lot of orders when no one was there or waiting besides us. I needed to use the restroom so I said "good morning, do I need a code to use the restroom?" She replies "no" and I'm like "alright, would you mind buzzing me in?" and to my surprise she replied with *no, I need you to give me a second." She walks a way for a bit and says in Spanish" everyone wants everything right away, right away, they have to wait." I understand and speak Spanish and I replied in English "I didn't even hurry you at all and I even asked in a nice way, I said "would you mind buzzing me in?" And she said "yeah, yeah I know, it's ok." And hands me the key. I was shocked at first that a Dunkin employee told me "no" when I asked to use the restroom, having placed a mobile order. I'd understand if I didn't buy anything, of course, but I did. Even though she did give me the key, I don't think that was necessary.
