I had to wait nearly 10 minutes for just one scoop of ice cream and a simple drink, and during that time, the cashier was rude and dismissive as if my order was a bother. There’s absolutely no excuse for that kind of behavior in a workplace that serves the public. It was uncomfortable and concerning to witness, especially knowing this person is handling food and drinks. Management seriously needs to address this issue immediately — both for the safety of customers and the reputation of Dunkin’. This kind of experience makes me question the standards being upheld at this location, and I hope corporate looks into it before more customers have to deal with the same kind of unacceptable service.
