Came to order a sandwich as I usually at this time. The guy said he was unwilling to make a sandwich because he cleaned the oven and didn’t want to clean it again for his inspection in the morning. I would’ve understood if the Dunkin wasn’t 24/7.

After I left with 1 drink instead of 2 I realized they didn't even make that drink correctly. I went back for a refund. It should be noted that not one single person uttered anything that remotely resembled an apology for the awful experience I had.
