- AVAviran VargasApr 13, 20261.0A little disappointed today, I came in because I had a free sandwich, the attendant was very bored, he didn't come all the way up to my window in the Drive-Thru he hid behind a stall. I chose the very first free sandwich and with an incredibly uninterested tone the young man told me that this was only for breakfast. I expressed a little bit of disappointment at which the attendant showed no interest. The young man really wasn't interested in his job. He wasn't interested in my order. He wasn't interested in the day, it seemed like he was only interested in going back home. Quite frankly, it was this uninterested attitude that made me uninterested in ordering anything. Is kids seem like a McDonald's employee. And quite frankly, I was just happy to have left. I was very honest with this very bored young man, and I told him I wasn't interested in anything. This young man really set the tone for this visit. He wasn't a traditional Chick-fil-A employee. You seem like a very bored Burger King employee. Why is it the Chick-fil-A is reminding me of McDonald's more and more. These are not second Mile employees at all, these are not even the first mile employees. And before somebody faints concern, Monday afternoon at approximately 5:45 p.m. you figure it out. No need to reach out and ask me, no need to pretend. Your employee didn't pretend to even care, no need to pretend either.

No one was to help throughout the drive-through and then when I made it to the window where you pick up your order I asked if I could place the order there they said no I have to go drive all the way around and place and when I did that I was told that the order will take about 15mins They really don’t want to work and help.

Yet, for the first time I found a dead fly in my salad. I tried going on the app in attempt to contact customer support but I wasn’t able to.
