  Awful. I wish I could rate it zero stars. Went through drive thru. Shorted me a 2 pc order of potato cakes and the marinara sauce in the meat and three box. Called and was told that I had to come back to get the items that evening. Didn't want to waste another half an hour and was told there was nothing else they could do for me. Further the ice tea was undrinkable. Just honestly in my opinion this was theft. I usually visit several times a month. Not anymore! I hope the few dollars they saved by shorting me was worth it. They have lost a customer for good.

  Literally my first time even trying arbys and i ordered two meals. They said they didnt have one of the sandwiches I ordered so I had fo swap one out then they tried to say I only ordered the Sandwiches and not the meal. The whole interaction feels very unorganized And not a great first impression.

  I come to arby's because they always have good deals on the app. The food is always made to order and hot.
