  It was this past November that I last dined at this location but before that it had to have been maybe 2 or 3 years being the last time would've been going thru the drive-thru on the way to work since I work 3rd shift. I can't say I've ever had a bad experience of any kind at this location. Never had an incorrect order at the drive-thru, subpar customer service or food not cooked long enough. There's one thing I really love about Arby's and that's their roast beef drenched in Arby's sauce. For me I'd say 4 out of 5 trips to Arby's I end up getting the half lb roast beef combo which I find the taste rather addicting. I have no idea why Arby's doesn't have much more locations especially in this county. This location has some historical significance being it was the very 1st Arby's I've been to since moving from Japan as a navy brat in November '87 to Great Lakes. I was in early '88 that my dad took me here but I'd say the few times I had Arby's in general from that point until around the mid 90s, I always had the hot ham n' cheese and had no desire to try any other sandwich. I would eventually in my late teens try the roast beef and fall in love with the taste. Their roast beef is a smash hit and that's one thing about Arby's is that there really isn't any competition for this chain. There are other fast food joints that compete at the same level but there's nothing like an Arby's. I don't know if the interior is the same as when I first walked in there at the age of 12 but it certainly feels old school and kept clean. I hope this location stays open for decades to come and I hope for continued success & prosperity for the franchise owner(s).

  Awful. I wish I could rate it zero stars. Went through drive thru. Shorted me a 2 pc order of potato cakes and the marinara sauce in the meat and three box. Called and was told that I had to come back to get the items that evening. Didn't want to waste another half an hour and was told there was nothing else they could do for me. Further the ice tea was undrinkable. Just honestly in my opinion this was theft. I usually visit several times a month. Not anymore! I hope the few dollars they saved by shorting me was worth it. They have lost a customer for good.
