  We’re officially done with this location and will go to galena location instead. Today, our fries were not cooked at all. My daughter’s happy meal and our large fries were thrown out. I check our food in the drive thru here cause they always mess up or forget something, but failed to try a fry before getting home. Uncooked fries is unacceptable. Also, we weren’t given our large fry —we had to ask for it. We’re never ever given our sauces for our happy meals, always have to ask for that. Between the uncooked food and missing items, we’re officially done here and this location is priced higher than others. They also don’t know how to make coffee here, my iced coffee was awful and dumped out. You’re burning your money here and risking stomach issues. They don’t rotate the happy meal toys well here either, so I have a child who gets the same toy every week - we allow a happy meal once a week. Go to the Galena Aurora location or Batavia one, no issues there…

  This McDonald's location is ok. Service is typically quick but they often forget things, such as not giving me drinks I ordered, missing sauces, cheese I added to a sandwich, etc.

  Fast driver through! We showed up at 10:00 on a Saturday and the line looks so long. We almost skipped our order and then we went in and there was nobody working but then the line actually went pretty fast in the drive-thru! 🙌🏽

  AWFUL SERVICE! waited over 20 mins for chocolate milkshake bc they turned the machine off early - they were then MAD that we chose to wait after they offered us the option to. Finally, they gave us the wrong size so when we went back around we asked for the correct drinks and they just dumped them into different cups and added extra whip cream. Bsfr

  If there were an award going to the worst Mcds for screwing up the orders. They get at least 5 things wrong each time. Have to go back for missing items always. Can't remember not having. Why i keep going there well its the closest Mcds. But unless go in and order in person its guaranteed to be wrong.
