  Terrible service and food was over 40 min late. Said it wasn’t even in the oven at the time they told me to come over the phone. Couldn’t offer refund because “they just put it in the oven” 5 minutes AFTER I walked in. Absolutely terrible customer service and you’d think after 4 months of being open they’d tell you accurate times

  Amazing Pizza ! Just as I remembered ! Ordered online to make sure it was hot to eat in their seating area ! Great help and very friendly staff !!! Love it !!! We’ll be back !

  We are very excited about the new location! Have Ordered 3x's already! We love the fact they have gluten free pastas, as we just found out our daughter has celiac disease. We are at the point where she is excited to try new gluten free options. Unfortunately all 3x's we have ordered, they have not had the gluten free pasta available. Kinda of a bummer!!!! Take it off the menu or start making it available! Don't love having to make a separate gluten free meal at home, when the point of ordering out is not to cook!

  Wish I could give zero stars. Placed a WELL DONE order for pick up and after waiting forever we had to actually go home and cook our pizzas. When I asked to be partially compensated the owner gave a bunch of excuses as to why he had to charge me full price in a half assed effort to keep me as a customer in the future. What a joke! Being busy should be a given and not an excuse. Nevertheless, I am following through with a warning to potential customers to patronize at their own risk. This establishment clearly does not care about its customers.

  Ordered 1 Large sausage 1 medium pepperoni 1 order of wings to be delivered on Christmas Eve at 6P. Spoke to a pleasant gentleman saying hold we will make an adjustment to deliver to my ADDRESS . At that point, I only needed clarification on delivery address. As I was prepared to go onsite for pick up. The man came back saying they can deliver. 1 hour and 30 minutes passed I received a notification saying my order was delivered. Opened my door my food was on not on my porch . I walked down further. My food was 3 addresses down on my neighbors porch. No one rang my doorbell at all!! Called the store the MOD stated he needed to speak with his OWNER AFTER I ASKED FOR A MANAGER TO FIGURE IT WHAT THEY COULD DO! Called me back stating he can have the driver pick up the previous order and deliver a new pizza. I said I would like to speak with the owner he said the owner advised I am irate and to give me a new pizza and take everything else back!! As I stated, please do! I DO NOT EAT FOOD OFF THE GROUND!! PAYING 80$ for food to be left on the GROUND!! Awful customer service!! The manager only cares for his job stating he has to make a living. And the fact that it’s Christmas Eve. Highly disappointed!!!!
