- GWGabrielle WoodFeb 23, 20262.0I have been coming here since I moved to north aurora months ago. I am lactose intolerant and take lactaid to consume my iced coffees so I was so excited when the lactose free protein milk came out. I ordered it a few times and it was amazing. Can't remember the last time I didnt have to take lactaid with my iced latte. Today I ordered my latte with the protein milk and went to work. I am now struggling to work as I am sick and keep having to run to the restroom. They obviously gave me regular milk and I didnt take lactaid because I thought I would be getting the lactose free protein milk I ordered and paid for. They made me sick and I may have to leave work now. Never going back.

- IIIsabelJan 19, 20263.0ANYTIME I order it’s MESSED UP! They either don’t get my full order, burn bread or when I say, “LESS ICE” staff hears “EXTRA ice”. I’m sick of this location but it’s closest to me. Going to stop going or start sending food/drinks back and I prefer to not be that person. Need new staff or better speaker so staff can hear clearly. Been to many places (as we all have) and it’s unacceptable customer service.
