Then when I went to call no one picked up the phone for at least 45 minutes of me continually calling without an answer. Terrible customer service and I will not be going to this subway again
- AAAdamApr 10, 20161.0Got severe food poisoning from a cold cut that they took out of the fridge... I called the owner after 2 days after I could left a message and no one returned my call. Call corporate and got an email 25 mins later on a Sunday! This guy doesn't even have the decency to call, doesn't offer anything, appologizes, and said "We have taken steps to inspect all products in that store" .. What an apology... stay away from this place.
