- EEEddieOct 29, 20251.0Went in last night at 9pm with my father, he wanted to order lasagna the women at the register said we don’t have lasagna (it’s on their menu) clearly did not want to make it, so we decided to order a chicken parmesan, baked ziti and a spaghetti with meat balls. We wanted a side of meatballs and they also refused to charge us for that - they have a build your own pasta and a dish that comes with them I think it’s poor business practice to not try and accommodate your customers when we are willing to pay for something you sell after you already denied a dish the original dish they wanted. The “Togo containers” were also so cheap they melted and cracked from the weight of being stacked on top of each other in one bag. Either pay for better Togo containers or bag them separately - first and last time I will ever go there and I highly suggest anyone else take their business elsewhere, $50 wasted.
