  I am currently being ostracized and gaslighted by a group of unknown people and the Duncan Donuts on 4914 North Cumberland Avenue, Norridge, IL 60706 are participating. On 2/4/2026 I went to this location. When I came up to the drive thru window to pay 4 female employees that were visible, whom I assume are (2 Asian, 1 Polish, 1 Mexican), all looked at me with a smirk on their faces. One of the Asians was the cashier and I don't have a receipt to give you her name because she didn't offer it to me. I found it strange that while I was waiting for my order I looked at each one and each one looked at me with that smirk on their face. I inspected my purchase and nothing seemed to be wrong with it therefore, I believe that they wanted me to think that there was something wrong with my purchase. On 2/1/2026 @ 5:04pm I also went to this location and asked if they had chocolate muffins and the cashier Abigail said "let me see", she took 2 seconds and she said that they didn't have any. Then I asked if they had banana muffins and she did the same thing and said she only had blueberry and chocolate chip. Due to what I am experiencing I had doubts that she really checked to see if they had what I wanted. That is why when I decided to give this store another chance I was leary and sure enough I was right, they are definitely gaslighting me. I will never go to that store again. I am fine, not upset at all but I thought that if corporate or the owner cares about good customer service and professionalism that they would want to know. But for all I know the owner might be a participant!

  I order the Avocado toast with bacon bits. I now check to make sure they put bacon bits cause SEVERAL times they charge me for them and don't put them on there. I tried to find the number to call and there is NO phone number listed. So I had took a photo and showed the girl . A manager who was extremely rude said to me, I had this problem with you before! I said, excuse me your workers constantly don't get it right. I showed her my photo and she treated me like I was petty. I don't know if she was the owner or just the manager but this place is totally unprofessional. The worst service.

  Love this Dunkin but just picked up an egg and cheese wrap. Asked to double check for bacon/meat and they said there isn’t any. I checked after I drove off because I’m late to work and there’s a FAT strip of bacon. Can we just be more diligent? This only happens with the egg and cheese wrap, I’ve always had bacon given when I asked for no meat.

  In what world does light ice mean I want my drink half filled? Company worth $8.7 BILLION .30-60 cents to make a cup charge me $13 for a bagel and coffee yet serve me half? Power trip employee or Dunkin’ practice either way 5 in the area this one I’ll skip
