I get to Charley’s to pick up my order, the gentleman says that they have no wings at this location. He said that this is the menu and he pointed to the in store menu. He made it clear that I can see it on my phone that there is wings, but they just do not at that location. He then proceeded to say he can make the wings for me this one time. Since I didn’t know I told him I appreciated it. He said if I wanted wings there is Popeyes right next to them. The attitude and demeanor of this Charley’s with all employees including this gentleman is not it. It’s not my fault that the app is not updated. I was also thrown off by the gentleman saying they have no wings at that location, but clearly made wings. Customer service can be a little better
