  Ordered the premium family pack on the app for pick up ahead of time. Waited for 10 minutes in the store and picked up my order from the counter. Came home and unpacked the order and it was a absolute disaster: - I did not receive the baguette that came with the order. It was not packed nor was it placed near the rest of the order. - The salad (Asian sesame) had ROTTING leaves and a huge rotten lettuce core that took up about 1/4 of the bowl. See photo attached. - All the sandwich breads were absolutely encased in salt (see photo). I tried scraping the salt off as much as possible but the entire meal was just inedible. The sandwiches were soggy on the bottom and the avocado chicken melt had zero avocado in it. Reached out to customer support for this order and they had the audacity to offer a $3 reward credit on a $50 order for a meal that was INEDIBLE. Absolutely never again.

  No one around to take your order. Machines were available, but they would answer the questions that we had. Machine wanted a tip for me to do the work of taking the order. Tables were dirty and I had to clean one. There was a guy walking around, pushing a cart. He was no ball of fire. Panera was a great place in the past, but since the pandemic they shortened their eagle spread menu and lessened their work force. If they would bring back the smiling faces and broaden their menu it may be top notch again.

  Tables need cleaned up more often. Most tables available, were not wiped off so we had to clean it ourselves.
