  They refuse to hand out orders for pickup after 10, been there a few times and it’s a half hour plus wait for them to bring it out to you every time. They won’t bring the mobile orders out until every single order is done in both lobby and drive thru. I sat there for 20 minutes staring at my finished order through a window, ringing the bell and knocking on the window and they completely ignore us

  I went to McDonald’s today around 11:05 PM to pick up my order, and I was treated with complete disrespect. The cashier was extremely rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. She yelled at me saying, “We are closed, get out of here.” This was not only disrespectful but made me feel targeted and unwelcome. No customer should ever be spoken to this way. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of training and management oversight. I was so angry and uncomfortable that I will never return to this location again. If management allows employees to treat customers like this, they don’t deserve anyone’s business.👎👎👎

  I don’t remember his name, I believe it started with an N, young gentleman. He brought out our food to one of the curbside spots around 10pm Friday night and was super nice and cheerful. I’ve seen him around before and just love seeing him come up to my window. He seems like he takes a lot of pride in his job, please let him know he is greatly appreciated!
