  I recently visited McDonald's and overall had a positive experience. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and provided great customer service. The food was prepared well, and the location itself appeared to be clean and well-maintained at the time of my visit. However, the main issue during my visit was the environment due to a group of children running around unsupervised. It created a bit of a chaotic atmosphere and affected the overall cleanliness and dining experience. While I understand that situations like this can happen, it would have been helpful if staff had stepped in to maintain a more controlled and comfortable environment for all guests. Aside from that, everything else was handled well. With a bit more attention to maintaining the dining area during busy moments, this location could easily provide an even better experience. Overall, still a solid visit thanks to the friendly staff and good service.

  I ordered a hot coffee, but the one they served me was cold. The chicken nuggets were only slightly warm—as if they had been sitting out for a long time. I actually had to clean the table and the bench where I sat because they were dirty; there were fries and ketchup on them.

  This location is a joke. Ordered via mobile app, pull up, give my code, am told to drive around, drive around then get told I have to pay, I tell them it's a mobile app, and the employee tells me it's not because he has no codes, I point out I just gave him the code, I then get directed to pull forward and wait for over 30 min while 20 cars pulling in placing their order, get their food and leave.
