    I find it curious anytime you go at night the employee in the drive thru claims things are down, like the frosty machine, as if it never works 365 days a year, but is dancing watching you leave like they got out of work because there isn't a car in sight. The store is open until 3, but good luck getting anything past dinner hours.

    I don't know what was going on for this visit but my food was ready for my online pickup order 15 minutes late. Also the fries were cold possibly due to the order being done so late.

    Bad customer service couldn’t seem to find my mobile order they also didn’t have what I wanted even tho I was able to order it on the mobile app. They also gave me 2 mediums when I ordered a large and a medium.

    Horrible customer service. I placed a mobile order and ordered a large and a medium frosty ended up giving me 2 mediums instead of a large and they were rude and couldn’t seem to find my mobile order. They also need to be able to update the website. I was able to order a chocolate frosty on the website but yet when I got there they told me there were out.
