Both sandwiches were well prepared and tasty. The fries were great tonight; fresh, hot, properly salted and not overcooked as sometimes happens here. Of course, chocolate cake for dessert. Yum.

If for some reason you are in Normal and have never had Chicago style Hot Dogs or an Italian beef, this is a great spot to get them outside of Chicago. If you want something traditional, a dipped beef is the way to go but it's super messy, buyer be warned. My preferred way to get a beef here is to order it with hot and sweet peppers, dry, with a side of Au jus. Bathroom was clean, service was good, pricing is fair.
