    Tables need cleaned up more often. Most tables available, were not wiped off so we had to clean it ourselves.

    On a recent visit, we had a horrible and disrespectful experience while placing and receiving our order. Pulling through the drive through, we ordered two bowls of soup and a half sandwich from the menu. After ten minutes sitting at the drive through window, I caught the attention of the window employee and she signaled that the order would soon be ready. As traffic built behind us, I once again caught the attention of the attendant. A different employee appeared, a young male, and said the order would be ready shorty. Ten minutes later, a full twenty (documented) minutes later, the young male served our order through the window. When I mentioned that we'd been waiting twenty minutes.... in the drive through.... he was rude and indignant, and said "it's been only ten minutes". I advised him that he was incorrect and that we had documented waiting twenty minutes. He disputed the delay and rudely stated, " It wasn't that long and sorry we ruined your day." It became clear to us while dining that the soup was quickly thrown together. Poor food quality, and unacceptable service.

    Love the food and the rewards. Sip membership has been a huge plus, really saving me a lot, and only a few days in for me. Also, on the rare occasions there is something wrong with my order, they always are the sweetest and resolve it no problem. Im someone that really hesitates mentioning any issue with food, as not to inadvertently upset someone preparing the food. However, I haven't had any issues with politely bringing it to their attention. In fact, sometimes they even give you a little treat as an extra sorry for the inconvenience. ✨️ they work HARD behind that counter and they still do it with a smile and great customer service 🙌

    I placed my mobile order a little after 1 and it was estimated to be done by 1:15. My order was set as drive-thru pick up but when I pulled in the drive-thru was coned off. I then went inside and was informed they had a 30 minute wait from other guests. It was about 1:20 so then I checked the app to check the status of my order and it wasn’t even being prepared yet. I asked the employee working the register and she basically said “ I dont know where it is. We are busy but i can go check.” She walks off for a bit then comes back with her manager. The manager was IMMEDIATELY rude. I had explained that I placed my order over half an hour ago with a 15 minute estimate and ordered to pick up at the drive-thru but it was closed. The manager huffs to the back for bit. When she comes back she tells me my order is number 4 or 5 in the system now. Okay Great so 40 minutes later and they are just now starting on my food. 1:50 and my app says the order is done but its not on the counter infront, i can see it sitting in a table in the back with my name clear as day. I walked back to the manager and told her the app says my order is ready and i think its in the back because its not in the counter. She walked to the back for maybe 15 seconds before saying “ I just dont see it at all. Just because the app says its done doesn’t mean anything. The app doesnt mean anything to us.” I then asked her to follow me to the pickup counter and pointed to the back way in the back ti the kitchen with my name on it and ask if its mine. She didnt say another word to me and proceeded to yell at her team in the kitchen for not putting it on the counter. Not one apology. An hour of my time wasted. And my food was cold. Beyond disappointed.
