The person at the drive through was rude and ignored me when I clearly told her I placed an online order already and was charged for the meal. As I approached the drive through window I noticed all the kids mishandling my food? I get it they were trying to close but my order was placed way before. I did not receive my meal and was still charged for my online order.

I mistakingly ordered in the app thinking it would be quick and easy. Sat here for a good 20 minutes before I could even get to the speaker. Then another 20 before I got to the window. I understand being busy but this is just beyond ridiculous. If I would have known, I would have gone to a different one. I’m from out of town and had no idea. not to mention because I placed a mobile order my food was sitting there for 35 minutes and it was cold and soggy
