  Went in at 7 p.m with the wife and son and the store was closed but not. So everything was already broken down and food put up..... But you don't close till 9? So ur putting everything away 2 hours early? Ok welp lost a customer and man we're we hungry for a treat. And the staff? Yeah most standing around while 1 person swept and as we were driving away we see the entire team were sitting at a table laughing and having fun, must be nice to get paid to do nothing,they dunkin y'all hiring? I wanna get paid 2 hours to sit on my phone sounds like a great job

  I arrived here at 8:50, but the person working at the drive-thru refused to take my order and told me the place was closed even though the closing time is 9pm

  I ordered my drink and ordered food as well. It was 230pm Sunday March 15. I was told their kitchen was closed as they were short staffed. There were a total of at least three people in the store working. Seems to be a trend over the last two Sundays. They were standing around talking, no customers inside the store. Three cars in drive thru. There were no signs posted and nothing stated when asked to place the order. Seemed weird

  I was told the “kitchen is closed” because they were “understaffed”. It was 5:30 pm on a Sunday…….. I was the only car there, you microwave your food. There were two employees hanging out behind the counter. You know what we used to do when we were “understaffed”? We WORKED HARDER. I work in service as well and I give tons of leeway to service personnel. But this was lazyness and I was waiting to eat till I got to that dunkin and to have an excuse like that is just not acceptable. Also I tried calling the number, voicemail. Hopefully im wrong but I feel the employees didnt wanna work so they just decided eh, were not gonna do anything. I just hope this gets sorted, no one needs to get fired but they need to understand the customers point of view.
