  This place is the absolute best not only does food actually get served in a timely manner the staff is also always super nice and the food is also really good so glad there’s a great place like this chick fil a in the town of normal

  Just want to help out other parents who might be making a stop on a long drive like we were. There is no play area here despite the main picture on Google showing one. The staff said they can't get the picture down. Our food was fantastic, the staff was kind, and they do have some games for the tables, just not the space to burn off some kid energy like we were hoping!

  How is it that I've never tried this place! Probably because I often find myself looking for a quick lunch on a Sunday which they are closed. Ive also been scared off because of the massive crowd at the drive thru which immediately turnes me off...hate crowds when eating. However, about 1pm on a Tuesday was my first time eating inside and had the spicy fried chicken sandwich meal and was absolutely delicious. I had not even fetched some ketchup and extra napkins when a nice young lady delivered my food by name. Looking around a lot of loyal fans were eating, young and old, and the conversation was "this is so good...got my fix for the day"! I immediately understood...hot fresh and a bit spicy, waffle fries, and coke zero all for less than $12. Beginning to think I've been missing the boat by avoiding the crowds here so I will plan better next time to avoid the rush so I can eat in peace. BTW the drive thru runs like clockwork with multiple young men taking and expediting orders so hundreds of cars move thru every hour. Bravo.

  I want to start by saying the service was prompt and the staff was friendly. However, I'm never going back. This place is an accident waiting to happen. Driving in is nearly impossible. If I hadn't already online ordered I would have left. I had to park at a different restaurant. 3 cars almost hit me as I walked across the parking lot. After that I had to dodge the traffic of the drive thru to walk inside! The line wraps in front of the restaurant by design! Not worth it for the mediocre chicken I got. Never again. This is the 2nd time I've tried this location. 1st time was a few years ago when I waited forever to get the wrong food. No thanks, never again

  I made a breakfast order for a sandwich. I made that order before breakfast ended, I got in line before breakfast ended, but because of how much time it takes for them to get through the line breakfast had ended while I was in line. They couldn’t make my sandwich even though I ordered before breakfast ended.
