  Please! Never order anything from this place. I order a 6 inch tuna sub sandwich. The bread was so hard also the sandwich was prepared so sloppy. I couldn’t eat it at all. Just old food. Smdh😡🤯

  I had a disappointing experience at this Subway location in Niles. I ordered a steak salad and clearly explained what I wanted. Instead of heating the steak first, the employee put cold steak directly into my salad. I had to ask them to warm it up, and even after that it still wasn’t properly heated. On top of that, the portion of steak was very small and not what I expected. Then I was charged about $6 extra for the steak, which felt unreasonable considering the quality and service. Overall, the service was careless and the food preparation was not done properly. I would not recommend this location and suggest going somewhere else.

  Service was good but the worker put near noting on my sandwich, and everything tasted a little off. Store did not seem clean, I would suggest going to another location

  I ordered my daughter a FOOTLONG cold cut combo on flat bread. The person behind the counter gaslit my husband into believing THIS is a footlong! Yes, he folded a footlong flat bread INTO THREE PIECES with 6” worth of meat!! NEVER returning to this location whenever I am in that area!! Skip the rip-off and go to the Dempster/Gross Pointe location!
