We will definitely order from them again in the near future. Great job Rosati’s (Niles) for doing a wonderful job. Sorry Google review customers and Rosati’s for not presenting the food in a better light. We were all very hungry and ready to eat. Mangia!!!
- KKKhurramMar 4, 20261.0I came in for a simple pizza pickup and watched rats running out right in front of me. Not one — rats, plural. I have been to a lot of places for pickup orders over the years, but this was hands down the most disgusting experience I have ever had. I couldn't even bring myself to take the food after what I saw. This is a serious health violation, not just a bad customer experience. The village of Niles and the health department need to know about this. I will be filing a complaint. Do yourself a favor — order from literally anywhere else. Avoid this place at all costs.

She is an amazing woman this night. I was doing delivery for DoorDash. It was very cold out a winter storm. Just to enter the building to see this wonderful spirit in front of me very friendly happy to help me right away with a smile gave me the proper times when the food would be ready SHOP offered her service to me any questions she would be there to answer them. I was able to sit down relax for a while to the food was ready. She made sure she marked the boxes for my customer. Let me take photos of it as I bagged the bag in boxes into my control bag. I wish I can see her every day there talk with such a wonderful woman. I hope Rosati’s sees this and rewards her because she is who your customers talk to and see has not just about the pizza being great. It’s about the service that makes the food so much better. Thank you, Kia!!!!
