  Honestly, Portillo's has lost its touch lately. The food isn’t the same anymore, (especially their chicken tenders) and the prices are a whole story on their own. It feels like Portillo’s is living off its past glory and people are just coming for the name.

  The on line order system works like a charm! Will always order this way in the future, no mistakes, orders are thoroughly checked, actually got exactly what I ordered. A real rarity with fast food. Congratulations!

  If you go to this place after 4pm good luck with getting decent customer service. The 2 times that I’ve been here after 4pm my order is either completely wrong or I get a milkshake that’s leaking from the bottom and being told by the employee that it’s not leaking. Customer service is lacking at this place.

  I ordered at 6:24pm A burger Pasta Fries Cheese sauce & a dessert Drinks Pasta was ready first Then after waiting 30 minutes and the employees realizing NO ONE WAS MAKING THE REST OF MY FOOD! I finally got a majority of the rest of my food after complaining enough! But my burger was wrong and still had onions & tomatoes on it and I was missing a cheese sauce This has been a horrible experience & straight up do better This was pathetic
