  I am very specific about how I like my sandwich. I usually order them plain. I specifically told the person taking my order (who can’t even pronounce Gyro 🙄) and the person making my sandwich. They screwed it up. Instead of getting an apology, the manager said I was yelling. When I said I was not yelling, she said I had a tone. How did she become manager? Her customer service skills are non-existent and quite frankly she was the one who was angry and had a tone. I just wanted them to remake the sandwich. Luckily there are three others Jimmy John’s in my area that do get the order correctly.
