- CSChris S3 days ago2.0Price gougers. I used to shop here all the time for staples and basic things. Close and simple. Then over the past few months prices have skyrocketed with no change in quality of quantity. Why are my grocery bills sky high, Jewel?
- KRKea RApr 4, 20261.0So they had a sale on Delight coffee, buy two for a decent price. Unfortunately, I missed out b/c they only had 1 Coffee of the brand left in the fridge. It was the Caramel flavor. I was disappointed b/c I had my mind set on getting the Vanilla. The Vanilla's my favorite. I asked a nice staff member, & she went to the back to inquire for me. The man that came out w/her 1st told me the Caramel flavor was all they had. Although I'm not a big Caramel fan, I was willing to settle & I asked him if he can be so kind to grab me another carton. The 2nd time he returned, he lied. 1st he told me Caramel was all that they had, & then 2nd he told me they don't have it. I can see it all in his face that he was lying. Along with a different girl that was w/him, b/c she had her head down & wouldn't look me in the eye. Like seriously??? Why would he tell me that flavor was all they had & then when I asked him to plz grab me another carton, lie & say the 1 I already had was the only 1 left? I put it back so fast & told myself I will buy my coffee at Walmart, smh. Wasted my time for nothing...Ya, "great" customer service! NOT

I mentioned it to someone at the front of the store who gave me horrible attitude and as I asked a question while I was checking out she was very rude. If I could give a negative Stars I would.
