    My first Wingstop and I have to say I was very impressed. This place is very clean with great service. And the food was delicious. Recommended.

    This wing stop is far most the worst they continue to mess up my order every time i order from them ! And yet they try making up amd still Continue to mess up my orders I don’t order 10 peices I always order 50 -100 wings only to always always be missing something from my order ! Rather it’s 6-10 wings , to fries to ranch ! Then get mad when I call them to complain because the mess up . They literally just forgot to give me all 5 ranches for 60 wings then say come back I’ll give you a large ranch as if that don’t belong to me already . As if I didn’t pay for it already !! Then I actually was willing To settle for no ranch but then I went to eat my chicken and its beyond cold !!! I called them back she had the manger whom they said is of the whole store for her to tell me the reason it’s cold because they used lots of sauce lady are u crazy that has nothing to do with nothing u had to use very cold sauce ! I wouldn’t dare eat that to get sick she gets mad literally trying to justify there error to say you always have a problem .. that should tell you something !! Your staff are horrible !!!! I spend way over and well beyound enough money only to get such poor service and low class service it’s sad just sad she had no customer service the rudest manger i have ever spoken to instead of trying to fix it she wants to argue just pathetic ! This is my last time going Back there !!! Her name is Angelica she a horrible non having customer service manger . The sales person don’t understand and can barley speak I have to repeat myself 20 times before she gets the order only to still get it wrong an be missing items then get mad at me how rude . I no longer wanted to speak with her and politely hung up right in her face I will Never recommend any one place a big order here go else where . Spend your money and get the worth cause the staff nore then manger or the missing item are worth it !!

    I ordered a meal n didn’t come with a drink n the manager lied abt it the fries was filled with the spices this the worst wingstop I don’t recommend going

    I had a really frustrating experience at Wingstop on September 25th, around 9–10 PM, and I feel like it needs to be shared. I placed an online order ahead of time, thinking it would be ready when I arrived. Instead, I ended up waiting an extra 20+ minutes after my scheduled pickup time. The staff barely acknowledged anyone at the counter, didn’t offer any updates, and seemed completely uninterested in helping customers. No greeting, no apology, nothing. I get that it might’ve been a busy night, but there’s no excuse for treating customers like they’re an inconvenience. A simple apology or update would’ve gone a long way. Unfortunately, after this experience, I’m not in a rush to come back to this location. ❌❌❌❌❌DO NOT EAT HERE!❌❌❌❌❌ Go to another nearby wingstop just about 15 minutes away.
