So asked to add bacon which turned the sandwich from a $5.49 one to $8.1. An extra $2.50. I did not mind the price as much that when I opened the sandwich there were just 2 really skinny slivers of bacon in it. So I called the manager feeling cheated and taken advantage of with that pathetic setup. And you'd think the guy would be understanding and add may be couple of more "slivers" to make it right. Instead he goes: "So you want your money back?"...I was in shock. So it was not about the customer and treating them right its about showing them their power stance and they would rather lose $8 then give satisfaction to the customer and treat them right. That was stupid business decision because obviously I will not buy anything from that store but the free coffee that they will have to provide since I am part of "Sip" club. Interestingly enough while staying in line I overheard someone else not being happy with that place. Now it makes sense. I certainly will encourage others to avoid that place because you will not be treated right. Buyer beware!
