I took my kids there for breakfast before school, hoping things had improved. Unfortunately, they hadn’t. We ordered two plain bagels with strawberry cream cheese, an avocado toast with bacon, a donut, and a drink for my daughter. The bagels came out practically bare with almost no cream cheese at all. We didn’t receive a receipt at the first window, which made it impossible to address the issues properly on the spot. And the avocado toast that was supposed to have bacon had no bacon on it at all—even though the staff repeated the order with bacon. On top of that, the toast was burnt around the edges and the bagels tasted stale. I’ll attach photos so you can see what we received. In short, this visit confirmed that this is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts location I’ve ever been to. We won’t be coming back, and I’ll be sure to let friends, neighbors, and family know to avoid it.
