We ordered an iced caramel craze latte & 10 munchkins (half reg glazed & half chocolate glazed). My latte was harsh & not sweet at all & we were given a variety of munchkins instead of what was asked for. It’s extremely irritating even after the order was read back to us at the window, like how was it still wrong? Can’t drink my drink & won’t turn back out of my way to get it fixed since already made it to the expressway. SMFH Will be contacting them back for refund or credit.

I said cash and the total was higher then I switched to credit card and asked for receipt and the total was less. This has happened twice with two different cashiers. The first one refused to give a receipt .
