The KICKER is that they had the audacity to serve me two EXTREMELY BURNT bagel sandwiches! Like you seriously assembled it and thought, “meh, that’s fine.” Are you kidding me?! That is so disrespectful. I’m working on getting my money back ASAP.

She always smiles, has a friendly personality, and provides great customer service. Overall, this is my favorite Dunkin Donuts location.
- GHGail HagemannJan 31, 20261.0If I could give 0 stars for this Dunkn Donuts I would. I purchased a $40.00 gift card to replenish my Dunkn Donuts App and they sold me a Baskin Robbin’s card. I could not replenish my Dunkn Donuts App with this card. I went back into the store and was told that I could not use a gift card for the App. They were extremely rude. I told them that I do this all the time. They continued to be rude and told me that I was wrong and to call Dunkn Donuts customer service. I called and the customer service representative said I was correct and that I could upload the gift card to my app. The customer service representative told me that they should not of sold me a Baskin Robbin’s gift card. The customer service representative was extremely helpful. Update - The owner of this store contacted me regarding my review and apologized sincerely for my experience and sent me a coupon for a free beverage. Thank you for your response!
