  We came in and got take out. It was the first time I had ever been to a Chipotle. Being unfamiliar with the menu, I asked if they had a paper menu I could take a look at and they did not. No take out etc. menus and it was hard to see the menu on the boards. It was also a little bit noisy so had to talk loudly and ask the staff what they were saying some of the time. I felt a little bit rushed. They weren't explaining what all of the toppings and it wasn't a bad experience it was just a little awkward. The food was good though and a generous portion amount.

  I usually don’t write bad reviews, but no one messes with my wife and I feel like this needs to be said. My wife went into Chipotle Mexican Grill to order a simple veggie taco and ended up having a really frustrating experience. She politely asked for the rice and tomato on the side, but they still put the rice directly on the taco. On top of that, she was charged for the tomato even though tomato salsa should normally be included with a veggie taco. What made the situation worse was the attitude she received. The employees helping prepare the food had an attitude with her and made her feel uncomfortable just for asking for her order the way she wanted it. It didn’t stop there either. She also ordered a bag of chips, paid for them, and never even received them. For something that should have been a quick and simple order, it turned into a disappointing experience. Customer service and attention to detail really matter, and this visit definitely missed the mark. I hope management takes this seriously so other customers don’t have the same experience.

  I had a bit of a "klutz moment" today—I managed to trip right after getting my food, and my entire bowl ended up on the floor. I was mortified and fully prepared to get another bowl. Without me even asking, the staff stepped in immediately. They weren't just attentive and quick to help clean up; they were incredibly kind and generous enough to remake my entire order for free. It’s one thing to get good food, but it’s another to be treated with that kind of genuine empathy. The crew here is top-notch, and their customer service turned a stressful moment into a great day. I will definitely be coming back!

  I wanted to leave a review after my amazing experience at chipotle, thanks to your amazing team member, nabil. Nabil, always goes above and beyond, he doesnt just make you feel like a customer, but a human being. He has an amazing memory, and from the monent you enter until you leave he makes sure you feel special. Nabil is the kind of man that makes you want to come back. As a chef myself, it’s not always the food that brings you back, it’s the people. Thank you Nabil, for being the amazing person you are. Thanks for always making me feel on top of the world from the moment i enter until i leave. Nabil would be a great candidate for a manager, frankly every company needs a nabil. I hope this review is seen by him. Thank you.

  The worst experience I've had to date coming to this location! You can clearly see I only have 3 ingredients and I had to tell the guy 4 times to put more rise! Even with that you can clearly see the bowl is damn near empty! I'm sick and tired of these people being stingy with some rise that literally costs them one dollar to buy if that... Just bring in the robots already whatever these people are getting paid is not worth it!
