  I will never return to this place because the cashier was extremely unpleasant. She focused on my nationality and kept asking where I was from. Her tone was rude, and she made remarks that were clearly based on my nationality. I remember her name — Monika — because of how aggressive and unprofessional her behavior was.

  I want to formally address the behavior of the cashier named Monika. Her conduct toward customers was unacceptable and clearly unprofessional. During our purchase, she made comments referencing our nationality (Ukrainian) and accused us of being disrespectful, even though there was absolutely no aggression or inappropriate behavior from our side. She also stated that we “don’t know the rules,” insisting that the person who physically brought the alcohol to the counter must be the one presenting ID. However, the individual who paid for the purchase presented a valid ID in full compliance with store requirements. Additionally, Monika used offensive language in Polish during the interaction. Such behavior is inappropriate and unacceptable in any customer service environment. Referencing customers’ nationality and using inappropriate language reflects poorly on the store and violates basic standards of professionalism and respect. I expect management to review this situation carefully and take appropriate action.
