- IRIris RevamonteApr 6, 20261.0I order on the app at 10:30 for a small coffee 1 sugar and 1 cream simple as that. When I was in the drive thru I told the person on the intercom that I had a pick-up order and my name. Salma said come to the second window, confirming my order. The person who was working at the second window said that I don't have any order place, so I was like maybe the app has a glitch, can I just place my order. ( mind you I order same thing for years) the person working at the window had the most zero customer service ability. Told me, I have to circle back in line on the drive thru to be given service. I was like what? She said we are so busy and the line was so long. I did not cut anyone. I know I was in line too. So I circle back in line on the drive thru and order on mobile app ( it went thru this time) I said to the lady on the intercom my order and my name.I told the person serving on the second window that when I came the first time, they should have inform me at the intercom that I don't have an order so I can place it right there and then. Instead of finding out at the second window that I don't have an order and asked to circle back! The person in the counter said, oh there is only 3 of us and we are so busy and we usually check orders before letting them proceed to the second window but today we did not because we are short of staff. Did not apologized, does not even sound like it at all. So rude, seems over worked and inconsiderate. Could have been an easy fix.
