  I received a bowl with very little chicken. It was basically just rice. Pathetic. I should get a refund.

  I had a really disappointing experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill. When we went there, the staff kept rushing us the entire time, even though there was no line and the store was pretty slow. It didn’t make any sense at all. It felt very uncomfortable and unprofessional, especially since it wasn’t even close to closing time. All the girls working there were hurrying us so much that they didn’t even pay attention to our order. Because of that, they made multiple mistakes with the toppings. We clearly asked for brown rice, but they ended up putting white rice in all three bowls. The food was made in such a rush that the quality really suffered. This is not what I expect when I’m paying for my meal. Very disappointing experience. Definitely needs better customer service and attention to orders. I have order no and receipt both. I would not suggest to go there again! AVOID

  I wanted to leave a review after my amazing experience at chipotle, thanks to your amazing manager Sarah Pritt. She always goes above and beyond and does not just make you feel like a customer, but a human being. She also has an amazing memory, and from the moment you enter until you leave she makes sure you feel special. She is the kind of woman that makes you want to come back. As a chef myself, it’s not always the food that brings you back, it’s the people. Thank you Sarah, for being the amazing person you are. Thanks for always making me feel on top of the world from the moment i enter until i leave. frankly, every company needs a Sarah. I hope this review is seen by her. Thank you.

  We came in and got take out. It was the first time I had ever been to a Chipotle. Being unfamiliar with the menu, I asked if they had a paper menu I could take a look at and they did not. No take out etc. menus and it was hard to see the menu on the boards. It was also a little bit noisy so had to talk loudly and ask the staff what they were saying some of the time. I felt a little bit rushed. They weren't explaining what all of the toppings and it wasn't a bad experience it was just a little awkward. The food was good though and a generous portion amount.

  I usually don’t write bad reviews, but no one messes with my wife and I feel like this needs to be said. My wife went into Chipotle Mexican Grill to order a simple veggie taco and ended up having a really frustrating experience. She politely asked for the rice and tomato on the side, but they still put the rice directly on the taco. On top of that, she was charged for the tomato even though tomato salsa should normally be included with a veggie taco. What made the situation worse was the attitude she received. The employees helping prepare the food had an attitude with her and made her feel uncomfortable just for asking for her order the way she wanted it. It didn’t stop there either. She also ordered a bag of chips, paid for them, and never even received them. For something that should have been a quick and simple order, it turned into a disappointing experience. Customer service and attention to detail really matter, and this visit definitely missed the mark. I hope management takes this seriously so other customers don’t have the same experience.
