- EWElijah WrightMar 17, 20265.0Visiting Chicago and decided to stop for dinner after a long day. Ordered my regular meal that I always get at any ChickFila. This time my card kept declining. My card was unlocked. I showed them my available credit balance of $3,209.00 but somehow it kept declining. Paolo was patient and understanding while they worked to see what was causing the error. I tapped my card again after I told me to try again and it finally went through but when I looked at my receipt he compt my meal. I was very surprised and so thankful after I got home when I looked that I had no charge from ChickFila. Maybe this was meant to be as I’ve been wanting to save money and not eat out as much. But today was an exhausting day and I had been through a lot the past couple of days so maybe this was God giving me a pat on the back that he was looking out for me and saying that everything would be okay. Thank you to Paolo for his exceptional customer service and his patience with the system. He was very helpful and kind during my visit. This is why I love this brand.
- RRRavenMar 11, 20262.0Mac and cheese is like going to rivers casino. You walk out satisfied or you get slop. Everytime I get food from here I’m constantly reminded by why I shouldn’t come back. There’s always something these guys forget to put in ur bag. One day it’s a straw for your drink the next day it’s the sauce and then another? An entire sandwich. It’s constant repetition of trash service and neglecting that actually made me go out of my way to write a review on this place. If you want chick fil a don’t come to this one
