    Came here around 6pm on a Sunday. They said they weren't taking anymore orders from people inside but will take orders through the drive thru. I would be willing to wait but they didn't give me that option. This is the 2nd strike for this Arby's location.

    I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this Arby’s today. I went through the drive-thru planning to use a “free fries or drink” coupon, and after already ordering and paying for other food, I was told by the employee Delina that I couldn’t use it at all. There was no clear explanation, just a flat-out refusal, which felt very rude and unprofessional. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable, just to apply a valid coupon to my order. The lack of basic customer service and willingness to help left a really bad impression. I'm just annoyed. Because of this experience, I won’t be coming back.

    It’s all about Kathy… I seen Arby’s open and close down . But to have sure an amazing employee named Kathy at Niles location in a busy fast paced area is a blessing to your customers . Kathy becomes your family . Cares about your order , up sale, and makes great conversation. You forget about traffic , you forget about stress, you only think of this wonderful meal . I hope Kathy is noticed by the management . She will help this location stay alive . I also door dash many areas and want Arby’s but most are gone now . I seen rolling meadows close and Schaumburg. Keep Nile’s alive … keep kathy. She cares . She found out that I visit for a special meal for myself . My mom in hospital a few days . She showed care . Thank you so much Kathy .
