  Manager refused to honor a deal through the app, said it was for points only even though it clearly said it was for a free item. When I attempted to explain it to her she just walked away. Wonder why the Wendy’s around here keep closing their doors 🤷🏼

  Wendy's used to be a lot better. Most of the problem are the employees. They have no patience, rude, attitude and lazy. Bathrooms is dirty and smells. Tables are not being properly clean including the dining area. The parking outside is not being swept. PLEASE do NOT hire LAZY people with an ATTITUDE...

  All of the Wendys workers only spoke Spanish and assumed I didnt speak Spanish. When I approached them about where my Doordash order was in English the manager said in Spanish to the other workers that the new girl gave the driver the wrong order and that she didnt check the name on the bag. Then once I started to speak Spanish, they all back tracked and said that someone had stolen it. The manager was shocked that I spoke Spanish then and said I had to take it up with Doordash because it wasnt their problem even thought they gave my food away. Didnt even say sorry or ask to if i wanted to order new food. Terrible, will not be going back ever.

  sat at the speaker for 5 min, ordered 3 biggie bags (12 nuggets, 3 burgers and 3 fries) and then got asked to pull forward. they proceeded to serve 3 more cars who arrived and ordered AFTER us and STILL didn’t have our food ready when we walked inside and asked why it was taking so long for 3 meals.

  Fast food is fast food. Things will be wrong, mistakes will be made, language barrier sometimes happens, food will be just ok. But honestly shout out to the owner who makes this place so cute all year long. I think me more than my toddler gets so excited to see the decor change each season. Love your heart in making the mediocre feel so memorable and sweet. It’s the little things in life. Yes, your staff gave us ranch instead of Caesar dressing but you know the team is really polite and fix things quickly… and I just love that Christmas tree so much dressed up for Easter and other holidays. And my toddler gets to run around happily and greet Ryan the skeleton all year long. Iykyk.
