- GGgingerwood19691 day ago5.0Truly this location is a great establishment. Never had a problem in the past 10 years or so. But this visit was a little different. The meal I ordered was stale. Obviously premade in hopes of moving quick. But this one had been sitting for a while. Hard bun. Hard edges on the patties. Couldn’t get any further with it. Not angry. Just slightly disappointed. Still a great establishment! 👍

About 15 minutes later, I realized I got a fish sandwich instead of the burger. I cant eat fish. I was only in the area running an errand. I don’t live close and so I called to see if I could get a refund. Not possible I was told. Id have to come back. With the prices of gas it would literally cost me more to come back than to not. Pretty disappointed. For a modern company it doesn’t make sense they couldn’t issue a refund without my card being present. I will not be back and recommend anyone who visits to be skeptical and check your food before you leave. 0/10 No quality standards to be found here. And they owe me $10.

That’s like making the burger without the burger or making pasta without the pasta. Now how on gods green earth do you miss the pancakes on the big breakfast meal, ANDDDD ask me if I want the pancakes and they don’t give me the pancakes…like how?!
