- JWJames WebbApr 25, 20261.0I only came in for one item. The cashier, his name was Luke. He said that it kept charging my card for one cent. He flagged over his manager Deana to help. She said it charged again for one cent. She put in through the card again and the rest went through. They told me American Express was showing up and not my normal card which was strange. Then when I get back home I see three charges for $3.86 on my card. They ended up charging me three separate times for $3.86. I called and nobody answers the phone. I’m very frustrated. I don’t have the receipt because Luke and Deana decided to keep it. I’m just so frustrated with this whole situation. Luke and Deana shouldn’t have been so rude about this. It was their mistake and they should have fixed it.

There was nobody behind me in line. I found it very rude and not customer friendly.
