At first I thought she could be new so I tried to be understandable because I could hear I will assume the manager in the back assisting her. I ordered for a #6 with no mayo & 2 biggie bags with BBQ sauce & 3 cinnamon pull apart. Once the food was received I noticed they have gave us honey mustard and not BBQ. I went inside and explain one of the guys that I asked for BBQ and not honey mustard and placed the honey mustard on top of the counter, the lady who took my order came to the counter grab the honey mustard with an attitude and walk away without saying anything. A young guy tried to step in to assist but seems like he was new (which I have no complaints and I understand) another guy stepped in and was helpful. After arriving home we also noticed the #6 did had mayo. For the most part i understand mistakes happens it was not busy and they could have been more careful while doing the order. when it comes to having an attitude and projecting it to the customer in a job that you chose to do is completely unprofessional. Will not be returning to this location.
