The cheese on my sandwich was completely unmelted, and I paid extra for a cup of gravy and they filled it less than 1/4 of the way. Honestly, the Buona in Frankfort has better food and service. Update: went back for more, as I just had oral surgery and need my bread very soft, and they proceeded to give me two more containers that are even worse. One had less than a tablespoon of liquid in it. All three of them mixed together doesn't even fill the one container all the way
- JTJ TNov 7, 20251.0The food is great but don’t go to the restroom. As a woman I went to the “women’s” bathroom and well I was in one of the stalls a male walked in and used the restroom. As I was washing my hands I noticed it was a portillos worker. I called and asked for the manager and they told me there was no manager, but a shift lead so I talked to that person and told them my encounter and how I felt very unsafe. and well I was talking to her. She mentioned that she knew who the individual was because it happened multiple times that she would handle it.

When I got home which is about 5 min away, the combo was dry, the sausage taste like it was under a light for an hour, barely any beef or motz. Also the fries were hard and taste like they as well been sitting for quite a while. On top of all that disappointment the price was outrageous. For sure that will be the last time I go there with so many other options like Al's Buona and Dukes.
