To loud to where it's annoying. Independent retailer is different compared to corp. owned. Here to cannot get red sauce on your beef. Hot dogs are to snappy, crunchy, products to costly.

If you're dead set on portillos, just drive to the one in Tinley, don't waste your time with this one. The cheese on my sandwich was completely unmelted, and I paid extra for a cup of gravy and they filled it less than 1/4 of the way. Honestly, the Buona in Frankfort has better food and service. Update: went back for more, as I just had oral surgery and need my bread very soft, and they proceeded to give me two more containers that are even worse. One had less than a tablespoon of liquid in it. All three of them mixed together doesn't even fill the one container all the way

The food is great but don’t go to the restroom. As a woman I went to the “women’s” bathroom and well I was in one of the stalls a male walked in and used the restroom. As I was washing my hands I noticed it was a portillos worker. I called and asked for the manager and they told me there was no manager, but a shift lead so I talked to that person and told them my encounter and how I felt very unsafe. and well I was talking to her. She mentioned that she knew who the individual was because it happened multiple times that she would handle it.

This place has really gone down hill. I got a combo with motz soaked with Giardiniera, 2 chili cheese dogs and a large cheese fry. When I got home which is about 5 min away, the combo was dry, the sausage taste like it was under a light for an hour, barely any beef or motz. Also the fries were hard and taste like they as well been sitting for quite a while. On top of all that disappointment the price was outrageous. For sure that will be the last time I go there with so many other options like Al's Buona and Dukes.
