Some people *might* complain about having to order through the speaker, but those people will never be happy. In really hot or really cold (or snowy, rainy, etc), let your employees stay inside. - RTRod TobiDec 9, 20251.0Let me just start off saying I’m used to portillos in the Chicago land area. Not what so ever does this portillos even compare. As soon as I began to order the cashier just had no character, seemed very mad at the world. Tone of voice, eye contact and even the toss of my change back to me. Then I proceeded to go and use the restroom, I over heard a young lady very upset. As she came out of the stall eyes balling I had no choice but to ask her what was wrong. Let’s just say the management brings such stress to there young employees here at this establishment. I doubt they are working on that due to the story’s I heard. I got my food finally which seemed a while wait, over 15minutes for sure. Cold after that I just expected and off the bat I knew my experience wasn’t going to be a good one. I hope this establishment, establishes itself a bit better at the future moves forward.
