    Had to come back and remind them of our order. In the meantime I saw at LEAST 3 other orders fulfilled that had placed their order after me, not including drive thru. Food was tepid at best. Used to be our go to spot after kids museum. Might just go next door for now on.

    Have not been to a McDonald's in years and sad to say they have REALLY gone downhill. The self ordering system is just annoying to have to use and takes much longer to order. The table was dirty and there was nobody around to clean it or even a napkin station to get napkins to do it ourselves. If you would like a refill you have to go to the counter and wait for someone to come out since nobody is around to take orders. The menu board is small and only shows the value meals so you cannot read the full menu without clicking in and out of the annoyingly slow kiosk to see what else was ordered. The new modern look took away from the functionality of the restraurant and will not be returning.

    i was just at mcdonalds and i seen as a male manager passed right behind another employee very close to her touching her a bit with his own body as he passed by the fry station. She looked uncomfortable, and another young guy employee looked shocked when he seen the manager pass by just like that behind her. Check on your employees mcdonalds even if he didn’t mean it in that way.

    It used to be nice to go in and be able to refill your soda, or get some ice to cool down your coffee. They remodeled the place and took out the self serve soda fountains. So thats gone. The people that work there are great and they do try their best it seems. However, I dont see what the point is of having the customization option at the kiosk. If you customize your burgers etc at this location, more often then not, even if the ticket clearly spells it out, you wont get what you ordered. If you order extra pickles, you get home and find you have zero pickles. You order no mustard its there when you get home. Its been this way for years. Its even happened to me in the drive thru also, as well as take out or dining in. You customize and for some reason its ignored which after youve driven home opened it up, its a bit late to complain. For that Reason I do not recommend this McDonalds. Like all fast food its become too expensive and this location constantly messes up special orders. Been that way for years. You order it your way, its even noted on the ticket, you get home, unwrap it and what you ordered was ignored. Not cool. And I dont want to have to constantly go back and complain. Ive complained before. No change.
