  I had to update my review after a disappointing experience. My wife and I went into this location and ordered two sandwiches. What we weren’t told was that they were in the middle of a large catering order, which resulted in a much longer wait than expected. We waited about 15 minutes for two sandwiches, and a gentleman who ordered before us waited even longer. While waiting, I overheard a delivery driver come back inside to help make sandwiches and joke with a coworker about how long the customer had been waiting, which was pretty unprofessional and uncomfortable to hear. Unfortunately, the food itself was also disappointing. Our sandwiches were not good at all—the tomatoes tasted like they were a couple of days past their prime, and the lettuce had a very unpleasant taste. I usually enjoy Jimmy John’s and go there fairly often, but between the long wait, lack of communication, and poor food quality, this visit was not a good experience. Because of this, I don’t believe I’ll be returning to this location, or at to any This all happened on 12/31/2025 around 12pm

  Terrible delivery service from this store, countless times they forget stuff, or completely mess up the order, today they forgot 2 bags of chips and cookies unreal

  I will NEVER order from here again. I always have to text upon arrival. I did not receive notifications that the delivery was on it's way or had arrived. When I did get my sandwich which I paid >$9 for i found there were only 3 pieces of turkey. When I called the store I was told that was what they put on the sandwich. But when I researched I found the meat is supposed to be weighed. This location is seriously subpar, do NOT order from them.

  I have to get my sandwiches toasted(preg) and I’ve never been more disgusted in my life It looks like my mayo was put on before it was put in the toaster my lettuce is brown and wilted. My son‘s sandwich has little to no meat on it whatsoever same goes for the mayo, it’s basically hollow, How is this supposed to be considered a meal?

  Went in today to grab sandwiches for our football scrimmage and mentioned I have to put the sandwiches in my cooler bag. The younger blonde guy bagging the sandwich asked if I wanted them saran wrapped. Worked out perfect and kept the sandwiches from getting wet so they stayed nice and fresh. 10/10 service !
