Every time my roommate and I have tried to get our jugs of water refilled, this machine has been down. 1. How is it that this machine is still down? We are some of the people that rely on that water considering that is our drinking and water we use to cook since we have well water at home. 2. If this machine is down, why is there no sign on it? It's showing customers that the machine is functioning only for them to try and use it and find out its still broken. Its infuriating and there should at LEAST be a sign up to let people know "Hey this machine is currently down" 3. How is it fair that since that water machine is down, customers have to pay EVEN MORE for jugs of water when they originally came to fill them up but instead have to spend more money that some of us can't afford to pay. The water refills are cheaper and having to buy a whole new jug is more expensive than just a simple refill. Honestly, until your machine is fixed, you guys should at least offer some kind of discount for people there for water jug refills. It's unfair that we have to pay more just because your machine isn't fixed. I hope this gets fixed soon because again, I was extremely frustrated when I came by, tried to use it, but it wasn't working. At least add a sign or something.
